Zoomlion ZR300D rotary drilling rig

delivered for work in Central America and the Middle East

Zoomlion rotary drilling rigs are successfully operating around the world. This report highlights the success of the ZR300D model in pile foundation projects for buildings and bridges.
An engineering marvel is underway in the Republic of El Salvador. A Zoomlion foundation machine traveled thousands of miles to deliver the ZR300D rotary drilling rig, currently the largest model introduced in the country.
To overcome local road transport restrictions, Zoomlion service engineer Li Yufeng dismantled the counterweight, rotary drive, and tracks in difficult terrain conditions. The machine was reassembled at night at the project site to ensure safe delivery. Despite extreme transportation, weather, and geological challenges, Zoomlion’s service capabilities effectively supported the construction of this key highway project in the Republic of El Salvador.
In a prestigious location on Jumeirah Beach in bustling Dubai, a green Zoomlion ZR300D rotary drilling rig is supporting local construction work. With a pile diameter of 600 mm, a depth of 20 meters, and a casing length of 13 meters, this typical construction method is widely used in the Middle East and has gained recognition from local customers.
The ZR300D rotary drilling rig, specially designed for building foundations and bridge pile foundations, has been highly praised by customers worldwide for its excellent performance, exceptional efficiency, and reliability.
This rig features a drive torque of 300 kN·m and offers multi-speed control modes, adapting to various complex conditions such as soil layers and highly weathered rock. It is ideal for both high-performance soil operations and hard rock penetration. The ZR300D also includes numerous intelligent applications that significantly reduce operator workload. Features such as convenient one-button soil removal, one-button hole cleaning, and automatic anchor frame positioning increase construction efficiency and speed.
In addition, the ZR300D uses a specialized chassis developed by Zoomlion, perfectly matching the drive system to the hydraulic system. This not only improves the performance of the hydraulic system, but also ensures more energy-efficient and fuel-efficient operation, making it an invaluable asset in the infrastructure sector.
With its extraordinary strength and relentless efforts, Zoomlion’s foundation machinery division is committed to overcoming mountains and seas to serve every customer.
