Scope of Responsibilities for Sales Specialist:
Active Customer Acquisition:
a. Identifying and establishing contacts with potential customers.
b. Conducting presentations of the company’s products and services.
c. Utilizing various communication channels to reach customers (phone, email, social media, direct meetings).
Achieving Sales Targets:
a. Achieving and exceeding established sales targets.
b. Monitoring progress in achieving sales plans and reporting results to supervisors.
c. Analyzing sales results and developing strategies to improve outcomes.
Preparing Offers and Negotiations:
a. Developing and presenting sales offers tailored to customer needs.
b. Negotiating sales terms and contracts with customers.
c. Closing sales transactions in accordance with company policy.
Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships:
a. Maintaining regular contact with current customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
b. Developing long-term relationships with key customers.
c. Quickly and effectively resolving customer-reported issues.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
a. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
b. Identifying new market opportunities.
c. Providing feedback on the market and competition to the marketing team and management.
Internal Collaboration:
a. Collaborating with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities.
b. Working with the customer service department to ensure a smooth order fulfillment process.
c. Participating in internal sales team meetings and sharing information on results and sales strategies.
