Scope of Responsibilities for Sales Specialist:​

Active Customer Acquisition:​

a. Identifying and establishing contacts with potential customers.​

b. Conducting presentations of the company’s products and services.​

c. Utilizing various communication channels to reach customers (phone, email, social media, direct meetings).​

Achieving Sales Targets:​

a. Achieving and exceeding established sales targets.​

b. Monitoring progress in achieving sales plans and reporting results to supervisors.​

c. Analyzing sales results and developing strategies to improve outcomes.​

Preparing Offers and Negotiations:​

a. Developing and presenting sales offers tailored to customer needs.​

b. Negotiating sales terms and contracts with customers.​

c. Closing sales transactions in accordance with company policy.​

Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships:​

a. Maintaining regular contact with current customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.​

b. Developing long-term relationships with key customers.​

c. Quickly and effectively resolving customer-reported issues.​

Market and Competitor Analysis:​

a. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.​

b. Identifying new market opportunities.​

c. Providing feedback on the market and competition to the marketing team and management.​

Internal Collaboration:​

a. Collaborating with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities.​

b. Working with the customer service department to ensure a smooth order fulfillment process.​

c. Participating in internal sales team meetings and sharing information on results and sales strategies.​
