With the official launch of the “Global Service Tour 2024” by Shanghai Zoomlion Pile Machinery, our overseas service team arrived in Vietnam, demonstrating Zoomlion’s unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service.
Under the scorching sun, our service team, including leaders from the overseas spare parts department and the Vietnam-Thailand regional branch, worked closely with the Vietnamese subsidiary to meticulously plan and execute every aspect of this service mission.
The first stop was the Tuyen Quang – Ha Giang highway project in Vietnam, a challenging undertaking with excavations reaching 46 meters deep and extremely hard rock formations with a compressive strength of 110 MPa, requiring exceptional equipment performance. Faced with these extreme working conditions, the service team, despite the heat, carried out thorough on-site inspections and equipment maintenance, demonstrating professionalism combined with care, which earned the trust and recognition of the customer.
Dressed in their service “armor,” their sole focus was on ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Thanks to the team’s joint efforts, the Vietnamese leg of the service tour was a success. This not only strengthened cooperation with existing customers but also established an excellent reputation for the brand in the market.
